Noob forum question

So, I joined the forum a couple years ago and have learned a lot just reading threads. I've been away a while but it looks like the trading station is gone? Or perhaps I just don't have permission to see it? I'm in the market for a cab and wanted to keep an eye out for one within driving distance of Detroit.
