JVC TM-H1750CGU
Does anyone know if it's possible to adjust the horizontal or vertical width on the JVC TM-H1750CGU? I don't see a way to do it through the menu and when I cracked it open I didn't see any adjusts on the boards.

I've looked this thing over top to bottom. I don't think it's possible. The only internal adjust I see is for focus.

On my JVC (different model) it is done from the service menu. Have you looked there?

Try this
Press and hold enter, then press degauss key,
A S will show on screen. Press the menu key when the S appears to enter service menu.
The simple setup menu,
Press and hold enter and press menu. Should allow you to adjust H/V Pos and Size

Does anyone know a source for service manuals for JVC monitors? All I can find are places that sell the 'instruction manual' as a service manual (rip offs).

That's a Service manual I found for my monitor and hosted on my google drive.
But if the service menus are similar across the ranges then you could use the info in that manual.

Also, just a note to the the simple setup menu,
The size and pos adjustments can only be with an RGB signal connected. I'm not sure if this is the case with newer models but it was with mine.

No Degauss button I'm afraid.Bancho wrote:Try this

In one of the hidden menus I was able to find horizontal and vertical position, but not size.

Apparently this doesn't work for the JVC DT-V1710CG =/. There is no enter button and holding Degauss and any of the volume keys or menu button doesn't work =/. May not be anything beyond the setup menu for it I guess (which is V + <)
