Is it possible to program an eeprom to be able to start DOJ

in the 2nd loop?

May be a stupid question sorry Im not too knowledgable in this area. I know people are making a replaceable rom so you can play Black Label on your regular White label pcb for DOJ, and I guess the ZAKK roms people have for garegga boards. So is it possible? I would love the ability to start in the 2nd loop (or ketsui for that matter), i can almost clear DOJ but I won't be making the 2nd loop requirements anytime soon with collecting bees and stuff.
