I just read to complete it properly you need to take the baby form and save the girl at the end, thats got be almost impossible
Nah - it's not too hard...
You automatically get the baby form near the end and basically just have to pass the boss-fest without getting hit. Just like a shmup, once you learn their patterns it becomes a lot easier.
And if you have a full stock of bombs, then it's a cakewalk.
You're arguing for a universe with fewer waffles in it. I'm prepared to call that cowardice.

Actually, you can get tagged once or twice during the first 4 bosses. The only requirement is to kill the final boss in Final Form (every boss drops several power-up icons when they die). Even then, there's still a fourth ending if you can complete the game getting straight 100s, now that is difficult.
It's a challenge but definitely possible, I believe there are videos up of it. The most exhilerating of which is taking down that huge tube-like vessel about halfway through the level.
Man Area 5 of Rez and the following boss fights has got to be one of my favorite levels of any game ever made.
To answer the original thread question, Rez, Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure, Disaster Report, Gitaroo Man, and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment all got reprints within the last two months that are now making their way into Gamestops/etc.
They're "open" and sold as "used" games at Gamestop/EB/Game Crazy but are in fact untouched, literally still having the white sticker seal on the top with only the plastic wrap being removed (except Persona 2 and Rhapsody, due to those clunky two disk cases). Other online sellers are just selling them sealed for what is now a much more reasonable price since there's so many more copies available.

I saw quite few copies of Gitaroo Man at a local Frys Electronics last weekend. Please check it out if your even the slightest bit interested, easily my favorite rhythym based music game. Well worth the $50.00 imo.

That too. I would love to try these so-called "holy grail" games, but no way in hell I'm paying $150 for a dusty old console from Japan and another $300 for an uber-rare OMGWTFBBQ game that Saturn fanboys consider the second coming of Christ.
Smart move, Panzer Dragoon Saga is a great game but it's short, definitely not worth the price AT ALL. Especially in these times where in the US we get spoiled with shmups and other "niche" games coming out at 40 USD new if even that.
This may actually happen sooner than we think. The current rumor is that Sega has already signed on with the Revolution's download service. Emulating Saturn games seems impossible at first, but maybe there'll be an add on.
Before Sega and Sammy became so close, I remember Sega was actually talking about making what was basically a Dreamcast GD-ROM drive you could install in your PC to play Dreamcast games on. The Revolution will take SD flash cards with have some glorious compression capabilities.........
Probably nothing will come from this, but I can dream.

You never know what the future holds.
If Silvergun did somehow appear on the Revolution, how would you be able to play it with that weird-ass controller?
Hell, even if it comes out on Xbox360, I'd be happy. I can always just buy the games I know will become rare once the console is considered out-of-date by the public. I'm like a vulture, I love to descend down and feast on decaying prev-gen technology.
Haha yeah I had a field day when the Dreamcast "died" in the US.
The Revolution controller won't be an issue, because the Revolution has four Gamecube controller ports on it. On top of that, they said they're going to release "shells" you put around the Revolution controller that will allow it to be used comfortably for traditionally controlled games (though it seems redundant since it has GC ports anyway).

Where the hell do you get these prices from? And who the hell is paying $150 for a JP Saturn?
Gitaroo-Man was just re-released I think the prices before re-release were more like $80.
Which is sad since both Rez and Gitaroo Man used to be uncommon finds at $20 before they became rare. Then Rez became rare while Gitaroo Man became a $5 game before its price spiked too. Now, both games are back to somewhat below their retail prices...
From someone who has had Rez for a few years now, I am glad to hear that it is easier to find. Hopefully anyone left out can grab a copy and see for yourself what all the fuss is about.
Still one of my all time favorites for the PS2. It transcends the meaning of game and is more of interactive art IMO.

Well, you would be getting fucked if you did.
JPN Saturn = $5 (about $60 total shipped from Japan)
Panzer Dragoon Saga JPN Version = $10
Total = $70
US Saturn == $20 ?
Panzer Dragoon Saga = $150
Total = $170
A far cry from $450, and the resale value is going nowhere fast. You could easily get your money back.

Shit, then that explains why my Gamestop has two copies of Rhapsody.
Man, I thought my Gamestop was special ;_; Oh well, good to hear.
The radio said, "No, John. You are the demons."
And then, John was a zombie.
