PC Engine Duo CD-ROM hardware question...
if you have a PC Engine Duo, and the CD-ROM part dies on you, would it be possible to hook up a PC Engine CD-ROM unit to it? What about with an American Turbo Duo?

No, but the laser in the Duo units is much easier to change then the old units. The Duos also don't have the gear of death either.
