Does it matter which iPod Touch 4G battery I get?

Long story short, I'm finally replacing the battery on my fourth gen iPod Touch and I preferably need to do it quickly, so does it matter which random, similar looking, cheap battery I get as long as it's designated as being for a fourth gen iPod Touch?
