Saver or Spender? Which one are you?
Re: Saver or Spender? Which one are you?
I was a spender until it came time to get responsible and save for a house. My wife and I pinched every penny for about a year and got ourselves into a nice home. Now I find despite the fact that we have the house and a nice buffer in our bank account that I still torment myself before making any non essential purchase. At least I'm enjoying having my very own place to store all the crap that I spent too much money on in the past.

Saver, though shortly I'll be spending to save ("investing" maybe?) because the money I would be saving is going to be ploughed into mortgage overpayments.
Regular expensive (i.e. more than £50) purchases are usually retro games and wine restocking.
