I'm not well-versed in all the paypal legal stuff but as it was already over two months they made a payment, not a refund.
Only it was short 27€ because they didn't count several things like the pp fee.
Don't know if I can complain about 'they didn't pay me enough'.
Basically they can do whatever they want now, pay me with money, a credit code like ozzie's, or tell me to go fuck myself.

It's just that the requesting of this type of piracy is prohibited on the board. Be aware of that if you continue pursuing a 'tester of the theory'.

I did take it up with Paypal. Only part of the money I lost was Paypal's fault charging me fee's. The rest was the exchange rate difference, they had sat on my money for over 2 months.

Good timing, I've just had a phonecall from Paypal to say they are going to reverse the refund charges to me. Checked my account and it's there. So it's worth raising a dispute with them. I'm no longer out of pocket, still pi--ed off with Nin-Nin for the way they handled it, would much rather be sat here with the collection and dlc disc.

The point is though, Paypal can and should fix this. The vendor isn't keeping anyone's money at least, everyone's just out the Paypal fees for a transaction that literally never happened. They are the the ones keeping folks money in this, and they should give it back.

Have you not even had the refund yet? I must admit when I first started e-mailing them they were quite slow to reply but in the end they were very helpful. Best compliment I can give them is that I will still deal with them in the future, BUT only as a last resort or for a bargain.

Hope you get it sorted.

PS: If you manage to get hold of a DLC disc, get in touch with me and we'll sort something out, and vice versa.

I bought mine through FromJapan. Contacted them as soon as I heard about the replacement and they set me up with one right away. I'll know on Friday (hopefully) if it's all fine and dandy
