STGWeekly at Anime Expo in Los Angeles July 3rd - July 5th

I'm pleased to announce that STGWeekly Live in partnership with doujin publishing house Rockin' Android will be presenting the panel Japanese Video Games: Shmups at Anime Expo http://www.anime-expo.org/ in the LP4 room at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday, July 5th.

We'll also be in the entertainment hall during the other days of the con as well as after the panel demoing shmups, answering questions, and providing tips and tricks for how you can get better at shmups!

Sweet, will be going to AX, but I don't think would staff/vol. there, as I already have paid for the 4-day, and would rather have a good time there instead, unless the work there is different than it is.

But anyways, I'll probably go to the panel, unless nothing else of an event or another panel conflicts on that same time though.

I'll be working with Frenetic on this. Just wanted to drop in and say again that we'd really, really appreciate any help that people are willing to give. The more people we have, the better a show we can put on and the more freedom each of us has to go and do other things at the convention.

So, according to the latest schedule, it looks like there are going to be two shmup panels on different days. Did the panel get split in two? Or will there be two separate panels now?

This was a scheduling error on AX's part; they said that we should ignore the Sunday listing for now. Not sure if that means that someone else is going during that time or if they just accidentally double-booked us, but either way our panel is Saturday, July 5 at 12:15.

Also, poster design for STGW @ AX. Thoughts?
