SCART to VGA adaptors?

Other than the sync strike. Are there any other simple SCART to vga connector connectors out there or am I going to need to make my own?

Yaaaaaaa, I'm not paying 40 euros for a cable I can make myself for $8. Any other options? Otherwise it looks like this is gonna be DIY.
