Grabing tool
I have seen it around but I gotta ask what the name of the thing is as I cannot for the life of me remember. The tool used to grab hold of microchips to for example pulling them off the board, what is it called exacly?

Depends on what kind of chips you're handling...could be a ESD-safe vacuum pump, could be simple tweezers, could be a bit of gum on a stick...
