Should be older. That's one of the "analogue" BVMs (with poti controls instead of OSD controls), right ? Probably early 90s.

I think so. Here is a picture of the front http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NjQwWDg1Mg==/ ... F/$_57.JPG. Is it worth buying for RGB gaming?

Of course. It's just as great as the other BVMs. If it doesn't have more than 100k hours on it and if it's affordable as well as in your area, pick it up.

I recently bought the Sony PVM20M7MDE in Vienna, Austria for 160€. It does 480p60 / 31khz, though, which the BVM-2016P doesn’t seem to do (please correct me if I am mistaken).

To me, 480p60 is very important because I use Gamecubes and Wiis mostly. Considering that Sony Trinitron TVs with RGB over SCART can be had for 0-20€, I personally wouldn’t pay more than that for a 15khz monitor, but I also don’t have 240p60 sources, so I’m probably quite different from most users here. (Just posting here because I’m interested in PVMs, BVMs and GDMs and there aren’t many places where these are being talked about.)
