Running SEGA Naomi GD-Rom on Sigma Raijin Supergun

Maybe a stupid question but I can't find it on the internet at all.

Got myself a Sanwa Denshi powersupply when I bought a regular Naomi to run on my Sigma Raijin Supergun. Can I use the same setup I got for the regular Naomi also for the Naomi Gd-Rom (or are they technically diferent)?
