Anyone knows this two products from the Konig brand?
It seems they have mini din to Scart RGB and flicker free options, maybe one of the flicker free are 240p with scanlines.

Those "Grand View" boxes have been around for a decade now. Very average downscaling quality and only 480i/576i output.
