Live playthroughs - wow this is the best idea. I've never been into watching Sport, but THIS ... I was laughing and cheering along!

I'd love to do a liveplay of Daimakaimura, Tetris Attack, and the Mr. Driller series. Those are the only games (off the top of my head) that I consider myself to be a very good player. Me and Frenetic are in talks. I'm super happy you guys enjoyed it!

There are a ton of great local players around here as well. Necro can do a live Chomakaimura run, Jepjepjep can do a live Strider run, the list goes on! I too think live plays are more exciting than superplays in that they're more realistic and let you really understand the game when luck/performance isn't perfect...and especially when sharing strategies is a part of it. Explaining stuff to people is in my nature as it's actually what I do for a living...

Jesus I haven't even managed to watch the whole thing yet, but all of that talk of glitches and resetting fire - wow, that really made the show, having background history and tips and general discussion before the game.

Looks like I'm opening a six-pack and making time for the full thing Friday night :)

Can't wait to come down to CA for the show! It's gonna be a blast! TGM is a really fun game series and I hope at least a few new people take up the game after watching the show. :)

that show blew my mind. colour_thief's last second GM was definitely the highlight.

Wow, that was a lot of fun! Thanks everyone for watching. I'm glad I could make it out on short notice to come and hang out with the crew. :)

Feel free to ask any questions if you have them, and I will try and respond. Also make sure to check out tetrisconcept.net, a site with both an extremely detailed Tetris wiki and a forum where all the TGM players hang out.

No replies?! After that amazing performance! I dunno....

Amazing! I watched them all the way through. More people need to know about the TGM series. It's sad to think when you mention Tetris to someone they instantly think of the Nes or GB version, TGM is so much more. Amazing play from all 3 players and Gm ranks all over the place.. I'm glad that such a great session was caught on camera otherwise it would be hard to believe! Top notch commentary and explanation of the finer point of TGM, and Kevin's infectious enthusiasm for TGM makes it all the better.

Amazing work CT / Kevin / Kitaru!

I need to play TGM again now..

Yeah, those were some incredible runs! I've never tried out the TGM series but I'm going to after witnessing this episode.

I'm glad people enjoyed it, I had a great time doing the stream!

Frenetic, THANK YOU for putting this one together and all your hospitality! Chillin' with fellow players, sipping deluxxx beers and crackin' mad GMs is a memory I will treasure for a long time.

I don't stream religiously or anything, but people can check out my twitch channel if they want to see more TGM plays occasionally:
