Trigger point therapy.

Post by Rob »

I've noticed a few threads pop up related to wrist pain, I was wondering if anyone has tried trigger point therapy (massage). book

I've been lazily reading bit by bit and it seems logical enough. Any success with this? Leg pains, horrible (assuredly caused by a hike + biking, but still hasn't left after 1.5 years).

I'll give this a try. It gets kind of old taking medicine everyday. I still have some problems with pain in my wrists. But nothing like what it was before.

Hope you can do something about your leg pains.

Yeah, I also have wrist and forearm pain. Starting here, I've been able to type as much as I've wanted over the past few days with minimal pain (which was the greatest source of arm pain for me). The sharp pain I had in my wrists seems to be gone by massaging hand/finger extensor muscles. So far so good.
