Kinda tempted to join, but I wouldn't want to drag my team down. I enjoy shmups but I'm deluding myself if I think I can play for score like Khoa, Jaimers, and so on =P.

Will the games in the tourney rotation be easy to find? Also a bit worried that I won't have the games on hand because my collection of shmups is pretty small.

Where is a good place to learn about installing and using MAME? The simpler the better.

Where is a good place to learn about installing and using MAME? The simpler the better.

I'd look up the latest version of shmupmame (should be a topic on this forum I believe), and then MAMEUIFX for good measure (UIFX32 is what runs most games that don't run on shmupmame for me, anyhow).
