bleh. No miss no bomb first loop. That should be easy to do regularly now. Then no miss up to 2-5, with a healthy stock of 6 bombs, but a turret aimed directly at me where it normally aims off to the side. I didn't notice and it sniped me. Then power loss fucked everything to hell and back.

Well, I'm awfully tired. I managed to makes some considerable improvements to my route though, and I think this should be quite easy for me at this point. I intend to get this 2-ALL on stream tomorrow. After that my soul belongs to PoDD until times unknown.

You should try to record a video of it to post up on Youtube or something, if possible. A Hei-Cobb 2-ALL is an accomplishment that should be preserved for future viewers

I agree. If it is possible to record a decent quality video, then it should be a good idea. For a number of Psikyo games, there is no all clear video available at all for the lesser used characters. Would be good to have at least few of these around.

Personally, I am interested in watching a Marion clear video for both the gunbirds, mostly because her spread shot puts her at some disadvantage for clearing out bigger enemies.

There's a Gunbird 2 2-ALL with Marion by french player BOS on youtube. Shouldn't be hard to find.

I wish there was a decent gameplay video of Morrigan, though I don't think it will be happening any time soon on account of the whole "dreamcast exclusive" thing. The closest I've found is some of the clips in Rob's Gunbird 2 review, but they're cut up and not the whole game.

Yes. In streaming it I necessarily have a recording afterward, and Twitch lets you send them straight to Youtube. Anyway...

So the game was mentioned recently, and I haven't been playing PoDD for quite a while, so I figured why not see how it feels.

So this was like one try at it then. Shit planning, shit playing, etc. I could see about 4m with Tavia/Aine but I don't think I want to just jump into something like that now. I'll entertain the notion of clearing with all the remaining characters though, seeing as I could probably get shit clears without even needing to do any practice. We'll see.

Ive just started playing this and im struggling a little with the first 3 stages being random, i noticed in this thread that it was stated that the arcade PCB could be set to stage default ?

Can someone tell me how to do it please

As far as I know, there is no way to rig the stage order in the arcade version. You can in Strikers 1999 and I think Dragon Blaze, though.

The PS2 version has a proper stage select.

edit: Hm, I thought Strikers 1999 started the hard reset default order. There's that then.

Well, IDK that you'd want to do it with a PCB, but if you hard reset you'll get the default stage order (America, Italy, Japan), which is also the easiest and probably highest scoring route (well, actually, I think England, Italy, Japan might be a bit easier, but none of the stages are hard on rank 0). This is what I usually have done.
