Versus City Arcade CP bubbling around buttons remove film ?

hi shmups members , i got a Versus City Arcade Control Panel and when i got it the Player 1 buttons have some bubbling around them................it bothers me


also there is like a film over the whole CP , am i supposed to remove this film so the bubbles disappear ?

That's the shipping protective layer, it should be removed.

After 2 years I have yet to remove the protective plastic from my EX2 arcade stick. Maximum pristine condition, right?!
