I remember asking Fudoh about this one some time ago, and he generally didn't recommend it. It's not designed for gaming thus handles moving images pretty bad.
Regarding 240p i might be wrong on this one but afair similar to a lot of other scalers, it treats 240p as 480i.

don't. If you want a cheap processor, you're (much) better off with a DVDO machine.If not maybe I will give one a try.

Maybe a bit too expensive. For around $175 you should usually already get VP30 (without the ABT102 upgrade card).
