I want to play my Touhou games on my Mac. How?
I keep hearing about this Wine and Winebottler thing. However, once I install it, when I do, I need to know how to use the program, exactly. I keep hearing that you convert your exe files to app files or wine files....how do I do that? I feel like a complete n00b right now. LOL :3

Yes, I used Google, and surprisingly that link never popped up. I'll give it a go. Thanks

I prefer Bootcamp myself, but WINE can work too.

Bootcamp is a Hard-Drive partition, and I believe it requires a legal copy of Windows (?)
VirtualBox is an emulator, a la DOSbox, but apparently it's a massive pain to setup.

A hard drive partition is a hard drive partition. Bootcamp is a tool for you to create that hard drive petition and stick your flavor of <insertOSherebutpreferablyWindows> OS.
VirtualBox is only a massive pain to setup if you're like a complete idiot who can't figure out applications that don't immediately hold your hand: personally I found DOSBox harder to setup than VirtualBox.
As for requiring a legal copy of Windows, define "legal". It's not like the Mac has anti-illegal-Windows DRM, and the OEM discs/modified variants floating around the place are easy to get and the result is better than any kind of emulation/simulation of Windows components. Having it function completely requires the Bootcamp drivers (separate from the tool) which is just like getting a driver disc on a normal Windows machine. Fancier names but nothing there that you wouldn'tve done with a normal Windows machine.

Sell mac, buy a pc and play everything you want to.
I did it 15 years ago (maybe more) and never regretted.
Anyway, bootcamp is a solid solution, i played Left4Dead2 on 5 years old mac book and worked perfectly.

Or just change the OS on your Mac to Windows.

My Mac is for music production, in which I am attending college for, and it would be nice to game on it when I'm not producing stuff. I own 4 Windows based laptops. One with XP, one with Vista, and 2 with 7. So I'm fully equipped
Just wanted to run Touhou, and a few other games on my beastly Mac. Got it all to work. So I'm happy now :3
