The new Humble Mobile Bundle includes R-Type II. Theoretically, you could get it for just a penny if you wanted (it's normally $1.99). No idea how good the port is.

The first one is a nice bullet hell shooter a la Touhou. The second one is a decent, casual shmup which has simple, responsive controls ideal for smartphones and the gameplay is ok for quick matches.
