It was released by E.A. On PC in August 2011 not sure why the psn port was so delayed. It's fairly normal btw ballpoint universe was released on steam ages ago, but is only now hitting the Wii u.

It's been out on the PS3 for just as long. Is is just now coming to japan psn or something? If that's that case, it makes sense, otherwise, I don't think you know what you're talking about.
