If anyone else has shmup / videogame related tattoos I'd love to see them

emphatic has more than one I think, and Spadgy has a bunch of game related tats, including Rainbow Islands. Possibly something Cave related.
It's awesome btw, cool stuff!

Looks good, and better than some goofy mario bros tattoo or something.

Maybe if he's like 18, which judging from that goatee I really doubt that.
I doubt when he's 75 and it's covered up with every shirt he wears he'll wake up and sigh because he has a mechanical bee and now all he cares about is the weather and bingo and how long the neighbor's grass is.

When people ask me if I regret my tattoos,I just say,if that's all I've got to worry about in later life, then I'll be doing pretty well! So,no I don't think I will.

And this, folks, is why you should only get tattoos you'll be able to proudly take with you to your grave.
On topic; nice!
Good colors and outline.
I myself would never get anything pop culture related but if it's that important to you then kudos.

I like the tat, but I'm wondering if there is ever a point where telling people that it's from a video game that no one has ever heard of gets old, and instead you make up some random story.

I like tattoos that needs an explanation. I also love to have mine hidden, so I'm not getting a full sleeve or below the elbow for the next one I'm planning on getting this summer. I'll try to get a good picture of my CAVE tattoo.

Only issue is that you need to hit it with a laser first, or it doesn't show up!

But hitting it with a laser makes it disappear! Tattoos are reverse bees.

Oh yes, Donpachi, that well known pop culture phenomenon. I lose count of the amount of girls' pants I've gotten into by telling them about my stage 4 chaining

^ that one is truly amazing ^
Don't see the point of getting a tattoo unless it means something and is visible
