Gamshara/ Namco System 10 Demo Sound

Hi shumpfans,

I've had a Gamshara PCB for a while, and haven't ever been able to figure out how to turn off the demo sound. There is nothing in the test menu that I can find. This PCB does have a single bank of dip switches but I can't find a list of these settings anywhere. Is there a way to turn off demo sound on this board? Any and all help is appreciated!

Pretty sure the only DIP switch used is #1, which switches to test mode when toggled from OFF to ON. The rest are unused.

Check under "Game Options" in the service menu, is there nothing about music/sound in attract mode?

There is no demo sound option in the test menu anywhere that I can find on Gamshara. I could be missing something totally obvious, but I certainly don't see it.

It's possible that it doesn't have one ... it's not emulated so unfortunately I can't check, but I did look at a few other system12/10 games and they do have that option.

Can you take a screenshot of the 'Game Options' menu?

Hmm, well it appears there isn't one then!

Annoying, I guess you'd have to wire up a in-line speaker switch or something.
