Dai-Ou-Jou Ending?
Hello fellow shmuppers:
I like to know if anyone has seen the endings of Dai-Ou-Jou? Since I am still at Level 4-1 (mostly stuck at Level 3 boss, 4-1 if lucky), I don't think I'll be seeing the ending any time soon. I would appreciate it if someone describes the end story of the game for each of the dolls.
Cheers.

It is confirmed that in ending screens of Strikers 1945, the pliots ... hmm... "dress differently" (I am trying to find a polite way to say...
) in the ending screen of 1st loop and 2nd loop.
So I suppect the same in other Psikyo shmups, Strikers 1945 II, Gunbird 2...
The first loop ennding of DDP DOJ all end in tragady
, so it is very likely to have a true (good) ending if you completed the 2nd loop.

*Meow* I am as serious as a cat could possible be. *Meow*

Hello all:
I have finally found info about the DDP DOJ's ending for Exy. You have to destroy Hibachi to access the true ending of the game... From what I can gather without being able to read Japanese, at the end of the game, Exy goes berserk. See the replay at SuperPlay! for more details.

For those of us who would not be finishing DOJ anytime soon (read: never...), thanks go to Superplay! and ISO for revealing the end of DOJ.
Cheers.

Hello Chtimi:
Indeed, my avatar is the Hibachi. It's from the Nora Seiki's Can't Hue site:

My copy of DOJ arrived recently, and now I'm curious about this too... anyway, I've gotten captures of the Exy ending if someone wants to try translating it. I tried it myself, and ran into trouble when I couldn't identify a character on the second page. Get it [url=http://www.innerworldadventures.com/exy.zip]. There are 2 versions of the captures, one is from the DVD (sharper) and one from the superplay by ISO (bigger but fuzzy).
So, anyone feeling up to this?

Thanks to fellow HPPs Yuki and Ryo for translating this (tiny spoilered):
dvd1: The war has ended
dvd2: Before the final weapon's overwhelming firepower was to be used up
dvd3: Exy dived rashly into the enemy's mother computer
dvd4: And from the extra load on the computer, its performance dropped and we were able to pull off a victory
dvd5: But, the compensation was large (?)
dvd6: Exy's computer suddenly went wild, killing each companion after another (the pilot's?)
dvd7: What could Exy have seen inside of the mother computer?
dvd8: No one knows...
dvd9: there is only one fate for a robot that kills humans... but...
dvd10: from Exy's tears of blood...
dvd11: the real enemy is that even humanity's sadness is passed on and emulated.
Sweet.

Are there more DDP-DOJ endings translated into English?
How do the other ending stories play out in this DDP-DOJ shmup (besides Exy's) and have they been translated into English as well?Twiddle wrote:Thanks to fellow HPPs Yuki and Ryo for translating this (tiny spoilered):
