Dodonpachi not syncin using supergun, works in regular cab

Hi!
I remember a read something somewhere about a regular donpachi that didnt sync properly on a supergun, and they made some small cable fix for it. I cant seem to find the post but I have the same problem. My Dodonpachi works perfect in my regular horisontal cab, but in my vertical cab I am using a tv and supergun setup, and it wont sync.. all other games sync perfectly in that cab.. Ibara etc..
Is there anything I can do to make it sync?

Use a JROK sync cleaner.
