PGM in GroovyMame / Mame 0.148 onwards ?

Just wondering how well PGM games are emulated in Mame 0.148 onwards ? I have a GroovyMame set up and was looking at ketsui , it does look really good but how does it compare to the PCB gameplay wise ?

If anyone has a comparison that would be much appreciated
