Does anyone know why this is happening? It does it in all configurations, I'm only using official cables for the consoles and it doesn't happen with my other scart switchers. I'd like to use the Shinybow as it's so good picture quality-wise.

Shinybow scart switcher causing audio distortion
Hi, I have a Shinybow 4x2 scart matrix switcher (SB5520) that is causing audio distortion when using my consoles - it sounds like it's amplifying the audio signal to the point of clipping (very noticeable).
Does anyone know why this is happening? It does it in all configurations, I'm only using official cables for the consoles and it doesn't happen with my other scart switchers. I'd like to use the Shinybow as it's so good picture quality-wise.

Check to make sure each of your SCART cables audio ground is wired to common ground.
