Nanao MS8 potentiometer blues

Recently I was adjusting the red RGB cutoff on my New Astro City and the plastic piece on my pot broke off. I have tried to put it back together but now turning it dies nothing. It seems my only option is to desolder the pit from the chassis and get a new pot. The problem being I don't know where to get a replacement. :/

Use a multimeter to get the resistance values of the neighboring pots & just replace with a potentiometer of similar resistance.
That's what I'd recommend.
