Emulated Mame Arcade SHMUP - Boss Battles Only

Hi Guy,

I remember playing a arcade SHMUP a few years ago, but can't remember the name for the life of me.

I know the SHMUP is emulated in mame and remember the following things:

1: Battles in the sky's on earth.
2: No stages, all fights are vs Boss battles
3: I believe it is a vertical shooter

The thing that makes it stand apart is the fact its mainly a vs boss fighter, no real stages, every new area is basically a vs Boss fight.

Any help is appreciated!!
