RQ: Shikigami No Shiro II Axes Remapping

How can I remap my joypad axes in the PC version of Shiki II? I want up and down to become left and right so I can play in the vertical mode without having to rotate my monitor (or joypad).
There's no options in the configuration application but I was wondering if there was an edit for the config file or indeed a seperate joypad remapping application.
Shiki III lets you remap from ingame options but not so in II and it's driving me mad....I said mad!!!!

EDIT: Uhm is it possible to disable pad control in shiki2 & map the keyboard controls? If that's the case you shouldn't have a problem setting your controller with Joy to key.

Brilliant thanks!Weirdly I chanced upon Joytokey yesterday for the first time and it's exactly what I was looking for.To begin with I couldn't get it to work properly but as soon as I took your suggestion and disabled joypad in the Shiki config it started working perfectly.
