Charles MacDonald, I have devised a method of resurrecting
dead Dai-Ou-Jou Black Label PCB's

The process involves writing the magic values back into NVRAM
using a special program. This means that your PCB is unchanged
but it will suicide again if you do not keep the battery charged!
To avoid piracy I have decided to not release this ROM for now.
Instead you have to send the PCB to me and I will do the resurrection.
Before you send it to me you need to do the following
. Remove the PCB from the metal case.
. Fit the PCB with a new battery. (Varta 3/V80H) or equivalent.

. Do NOT remove any EPROM's from the PCB they will act as verification.
Shipping
Shipping must be trackable i.e. EMS or similar. This is expensive but
so is the PCB.
The packaging of the PCB must be done in such a manner that I can
return the PCB using the original packaging meterial.
Return Shipping
Trackable return shipping to be paid by owner:
Battery Change
If you want me to replace the battery for you I will perform
this task for 25 EUR. However you will still have to buy it
yourself and include it in your shipment.
Handling fee
I will charge a handling fee of 11 EUR per PCB.
Payment
All payments to be done via PayPal.

Disclaimer:
I am offering this service to the community to resurrect dead boards.
I take absolutely no responsibility for loss or damage either within
transit, or during the resurrection process. The owner is completely liable.
For Italian Black Label owners we now have an individual which
can resurrect them in Italy
above and I'll forward the email to him.
I do NOT offer a service to convert regular Dai-Ou-Jou boards into the Black Label version.
