Fight Night Round 2 = EA's masterpiece, you *** damn right

has any1 body here played this game yet? this game is so beautifully orchestrated. The haymakers, combos, graphics are so awesome. Im not a boxing fan at all but picking up this game was one of my best purchases within 2004 and 2005. I wasnt too fond of Fight Night 2004 because i really sucked at it..but the gameplay found in FN 2 is so deep and technical. Any1 feel me on this? if u havent tried it, then rent it..its definetely a rental..by far

Did they get rid of the god awful announcer? That idiot ruined the first game. What is it with EA and annoying in game dj's, announcers. Thank god you could mute the burnout 3 dj dude.

Yea, I have this game and was playing it last night for 3 hours. This game is so awesome, it defies words. I bought the GC version to get Punch Out with and for the excpetion of the tin sound, it is emulated perfectly.

Fight Night is so intuitive it is a wonder EA can make something so complex so simple and yet so deep. There are so many things you can do to customize the boxer, even entrance music and effects. The Haymakers are cool as hell and, really, the whole package just has perfection all over it.

I know you guys tend to hate on EA, but they did their best work yet on this one.

Just got done playing this game with my lil bro for couple of hours..man its some great fun when you have someone to play with...nothing like shmups where its your own destiny to have fun...everyone with friends...go play this game!
