Xbox to PS2 Converter!? Which one?

Hi all!

I have a big problem, because every Xbox/Ps2 Converter is not suitable with my Namco Arcade Stick(PSX). Dreambox Converter have serious lags, Speed Links Converter does not support all buttons. Can u tell me which Converter fully supports my PSX Arcade Stick, so I can play it on Xbox?
