SNES not showing on TV

Recently got my hands on a super Nintendo. It was working just fine before I took it home and tried to connect it to my TV. it's a japanese super Nintendo so the fuse blew at first when I used the wrong power adapter but I got the fuse replaced. It turns on now but it doesn't display any video or sound on our TV. Also have an HDMI converter (I think it's called I don't remember) connected and it is very clean inside and out (unscrewed it to check) with cartridges cleaned as well. I'm currently not sure what else to try as I'm not too well versed in this stuff and would like some advise.

Do you have any pictures/links of the devices in your setup?

I'm interested in the SNES AV cable and the HDMI converter specifically.
