So, I have purchased a cheap PAL SNES (SNSP-CPU-01).
When I opened it up i noticed that the console was repaired by nintendo at some point.
I also noticed that the 2200uf capacitor was leaking and underneath its legs was this resistor.

What is its purpose?
Never seen it on a SNES before
