Sounds like it's time for a port with the obligatory death label.

Don't worry about it. You can travel from the Milky Way to Andromeda and back 1500 times before the sun explodes.

Great, the galaxy is at peace and the world is saved.

I can breathe a sigh of relief now.

Both boss and player alike are deserving of a full state funeral and national holiday. Image

I remember seeing a TAS for this fight years ago. Was kind of stressful seeing their resources be dwindled like that. Christ...

Several people, like Jaimers, have defeated Inbachi in training mode, but this is the first time it's been done on a full run of the game. It's the 360 version, too, so now nobody can complain about the 360 version having too much lag.

Clear timelines look like this:

5 April 2002 - Daioujou is released.
10 April 2003 - PS2 Daioujou is released. MON buys it immediately.
18 September 2010 - MON clears Death Label.

20 April 2012 - Saidaioujou is released
30 May 2013 - X360 Saidaioujou is released
27 December 2021 - Sairyou is the first person to defeat Inbachi in X360 training mode
21 March 2024 - Sairyou does world's first Inbachi-ALL in X360 arcade HD mode

Sairyou is planning on doing it on PCB at a-cho now. Normally I'd say something like "I hope he can do it on PCB", but since he's done it once on 360 I believe he's 100% absolutely going to do it and it's only a matter of time. I only wish I could be there to watch it in person.

You know, I saw Mark make this complaint about the SDOJ port being lackluster because of tremendous lag in a video. I was always very comfortable playing the game since 2013 to last October when I was playing it again after a few years. I was surprised to see the comment and others in agreement. Never felt worse than much else I have on the console.

Man, some of those sudden jumps from slowdown to full speed just about gave me PTSD. Major congrats to Sairyou.
