Hi folks, I got an issue with my BVM D24 where there is horizontal jitter in all sorts of resolutions and modes. Tried multiple cables, sources etc, my other monitors do not share this issue.

I have had the deflection (e) board and the daughter (d) board on it recapped using Savon Pat's kit, I believe on the daughter board theres an SMD cap that was not included (C116) which is yet to be replaced. All the videos are after the recap has been done except the one of a Link to the Past which was before, there is of course no improvement whatsoever after the recap.
I have also attempted the fix from the technical service bulletin with no luck, I have also tried removing all the extra input cards with no luck as well. Any pointers would be appreciated, thanks!
