Hi,
I've got an Ikegami HTM-1990R which does not display anything and I don't think it has any static when powered on which is very weird.
It was very lightly used during its lifetime and I don't think there is any foul play be previous techs or hard life in general.
Could this be a power supply issue of some sort which prevents it to have high voltage?
Are flyback failures common on these?
edit : I opened it up and there seems to be two LEDs (D303 and D306) lit indicating (as per the service manual) the horizontal and high voltage circuits are both down
The HOT is not blown neither any other transistors I've measured.
I would really appreciate any ideas on how to proceed..
