Those small capacitors on the G Board often go bad due to the heat and being small (absorb more heat).
Hmm, that one (and some of the others around it) was already replaced when I did Pat's cap kit, but I think the buttons were still dim for the couple of hours that my PVM worked until it started having the partial collapse again.

Will try measuring it again when I get the other replacement caps and voltage regulator in from Mouser. Thanks for the info!
