KAITEI DAISENSOU In the Hunt PS1 JP revision differences?

I would like to know if there are any revisional differences of Kaitei daisensou on PS1 I noticed that the version i have is called the [Xing Maruyasu Series] a budget re-release of the intital release.

This 2nd version of JP In the Hunt has the In The Hunt on the front art changed to green with completley different back art the disc artwork is completley and it contains a completley different manual to it thats in black and white. comapred to intital release im not sure if there are any revisions to the game or if its just aesthics.

Would like for someone to inform me if there are any differences as im not too sure about what this release contains.

I know that the NTSC-U version has the same xing splash screen as both NTSC-J versions but the PAL version has a far less cool xing logo compared to the previous revisions.

Look at the price. It's almost certainly a budget reprint given that it's 1980 yen.

Was already aware it was a reprint for a budget price but wanted to see if there were any changes to it. like how the NTSC-U and PAL versions had changes in them.

Not sure if ill be getting any responses or answers ill be looking for or getting any answer at all but i will try that thread.
