ANYTHING FOR A BUCK (ONCE AGAIN)
Yep, I'm playing a crappy pick Ice cream cones game.
Wish I was kidding.
Trash still keeps coming to the PlayStation 4 and 5. This time is Acyntha with Round Invaders Rush (A.K.A. Round Rush Invaders).
The gameplay of Round Invaders Rush consists of catching ice cream cones without missing a single one. This already sounds like the horrendous Catch the Bowling Balls from Breakthrough Gaming as they involve picking falling stuff without missing any of them. Fortunately, Acyntha is far more tolerable than Myron Kevan Tynes Jr. 'cos this game allows you to miss thrice before getting Game Over. You can miss thrice, but you only have a single life. While Ice Cream cones fall slower, the bowls are faster, but they grant you more points. The mobility is a hassle. Rather than holding the directional button on the D-Pad to place the alien on the desired position, you have to tap left or right again and again as if it was taking steps.
Graphically, the background is the only decent thing of this game, as it kinda looks like the cover of an 80's synth CD/vinyl cover art. The alien looks like a molten turd or as if someone squashed it with the foot. There's no music, just a few crappy sound effects, so this game fails in the sound department.

Round Invaders Rush is a sad attempt to a game, while the trophies might be the reason to pick this up, just don't pick it. Reason? Don't feed the trash.
Obviously, this means "Disastrous".
