Extron Interface for picture shift ?

Hi

Ive seen that you can buy extron interface's so you can shift the picture vertically and horizontally , what model would be the best one to use if i want to shift the picture on a DC/360 via UVC (id be using it in a astro/aero) ? also can you buy the cables you need or do they need to be made ?
