Think this one might go unbutchered?

For the uninitiated, Shikigami 2 had all the (hilarious) dub work removed. Better not do that for Shiki 3.

Bumpity bump.

Got the PC/Windows version a couple days ago and it's fab. So much fun!

Seems to work fine in Win8 (64bit). The installer was in Japanese but shouldn't be hard to figure out for anyone with half a brain. Game menus are in English.

Beautiful series. Back in the day I bought a desktop PC just to play this. I wonder if Alfa Systems still exists.

They do, but they mainly do contract work. They made the phantasy star portable games for instance.

Right, I even bought a few of those games when they came out just to support the company. I'll have to see if there's anything more recent.

They developed Oreshika/Over My Dead Body, so I bet they're involved in the Vita sequel in some form. I think Shiki is their only shmup series, but that's okay by me.

Has anyone played this recently enough to remember how to get to the button configuration screen? I try "Option" but it's not there.

Default controls are ok I guess, but I'd prefer mapping the buttons differently.

EDIT: Nevermind, got it.
