Hello all, I would like to know if it is possible to convert a Sega Model 2A game board in another game by just replacing the rom chips ?
I ask because I own a Pilot Kids Sega Model 2A PCB that I got in a trade deal and I have a doubt if it's legit or not... Somebody may help me to identify if it's a real original Pilot Kids or a converted game ?

Yes, you can just swap the roms on the rom board to make conversions.
Original games will have mask roms and original factory stickers on eproms.
