Name of a Shmup I'm looking for

Hi there. I am looking for a shmup I played in the arcade back in the 80's (possibly the early 90's) as a kid. For the life of me I cannot remember the name of it.

All I can remember is the ship you flew was black or dark grey in colour and one of the levels had you flying over a lava filled canyon.

I'd appreciate it if anyone knows what game I've described. Many thanks.

is it Flak Attack? It is also called MX5000 in Europe version.

Hmmm now the ship from Vimana looks familiar but the canyon part doesn't... I'm sure the canyon rocks looks really dark or blackish colour (although my memory could be off as this was a long time ago.

The ship also looked a little like the SR71 Blackbird if that helps.
