This game seems to be available on the C64 and the Amstrad CPC too

Though I admit I had never heard about it before.

Yeah, Alternative Software did a lot of licensed games like that. Count Duckula, Fireman Sam, Postman Pat, Superted, Thomas the Tank Engine, just to mention a few.

Ugh, now I remember who is Alternative Software.

They were usually regarded as the worst games publisher in the Amiga. I think the best game they ever published was Death Mask ( http://hol.abime.net/290/ ) , which was a poor Doom alike where you could make only 90 degrees turns.

And this wasnt developed by them, it was developed by Apache Software (Who did the entertaining Super Methane Bros)

Alternative Software did Dalek Attack. Anything with Daleks is automatically awesome.

I doubt too many companies are worse than Tiertex. They're the company that actually thinks holding down the jump button just to jump in platform games is a good idea.

Dalek Attack was HORRIBLE.

Tiertex indeed was horrible too.

But Domark? Why did they suck? They had published Total Football on Amiga, which was great, also F1 on Amiga and Mega-Drive, which is the best sprite-based racing game ever. Also the Championship Manager games, Klax, Hard Driving,. ...
