NES RGB best quality scart cable

I would like to know which scart cable so figuration is best. I have an n64 sync on luma cord and a snes csync cord. I hook it up to my scart component for my crt and my xrgb mini on my flat panel. First off , is there a better timing or sync on one of these cords? And second would I benefit running it into a sync stripper to xrgb or just my euro scart to xrgb.
