Xexex= Xerxes ?

Gradius is an old ass word for a sword. (except with an L)
Darius was a Persian king.

Xexex is pretty much nothing.

However, Xerxes could have easily been mistranslated and/or stylized into Xexex.

Xerxes was also a Persian king.

Truth, or is Captain over thinking things again?
